Order in the house — order in the mind 🏡
By tidying up your home, you symbolically make space for mental clarity. At the same time, you see (literally and metaphorically) how much useless or unused clutter has accumulated (beliefs, biases). By clearing out the old, we make room for the new.

Imagine yourself as Socrates and start doubting 🤔
Socrates became famous for his habit of asking questions and his motto, “I know that I know nothing.” Choose a situation and try not to answer questions immediately, pause for a few moments each time to consider the question. Approach each question from a position of sincere ignorance. Treat it like a piece of food—don't swallow it, chew on it.

Make the familiar unfamiliar 😲
We are all slaves to habits. We perform a significant portion of our daily routine almost unconsciously. Brushing our teeth, commuting to work, while our attention is completely scattered. This experiment will make you perform familiar actions in an unfamiliar way.
