Determine Priorities
You may constantly try to guess what “normal” is. For people with low self-esteem, it’s important to know and understand that the concept of “normalcy” doesn’t exist. The only way to realize who you are is to find what suits you. It’s more effective to ask yourself: what is truly important to you? What matters to your family? The task is not to figure out what’s normal for you, but to understand what works best for you and your loved ones. 🤔💭

Engage in Reflection
The first step in overcoming any harmful habit is awareness. To raise self-esteem and self-confidence, simply observe yourself. Instead of self-condemnation, try to get to know yourself by analyzing how you behave. When a person starts looking at themselves honestly and without judgment, they can separate themselves from their behavior, enabling them to change, grow, and evolve. 🧐🔄

Reject the Division of Feelings into “Right” and “Wrong
If we consider our feelings wrong, guilt is added to them, which further worsens the situation. The anger you feel is real. Deciding that feeling this way is “wrong” and that instead, you should show compassion, won’t help you. One feeling cannot be replaced by another. 😡😔
