Recognize internal obstacles đź’Ş
Don’t blame others, downplay their life difficulties, or exaggerate your own. Focus on what you can change, on yourself. Each of us is responsible for our behavior, thoughts, and feelings. Take responsibility for your life and figure out what internal obstacles prevent you from becoming who you want to be.

Make a list of your strengths and weaknesses đź“ť
Try to understand how positive traits are connected to negative ones. Significant life changes are built on the basis of your existing strengths of character. Analyzing personality traits may take a lot of time, but it will be beneficial.

Remember that changes will encounter resistance đź’Ą
For example, a person who decides to stop drinking alcohol will encounter resistance from those with whom they used to drink. People may try to sabotage your changes simply because your changes remind them of their own shortcomings.

Don’t expect others to praise you immediately 🌟
Those who constantly seek approval from others are not changing their lives for themselves but for others. Trying to please other people is a bottomless pit because expectations will constantly change depending on the environment. It could also be a sign of codependency or narcissism.
